Op 19 november 2015 wordt de marathon gehouden op Antarctica: "Antarctic Ice Marathon".
In 2014 ging bij de heren de overwinning naar Marc DeKeyser op de marathon in 4:12.21. Bij de dames ging Fredrique Laurent eerst over de streep in een tijd van 5:16.15.
